"To start, I put in for an emergency call to Freschi and was told they would call me 30 minutes before. They never called me back. Freschi sucks!!!I I also put in a request on HomeAdvisor on Thursday night and was given Global Warming Heating and Air as one of their verified contractors. I got a call at 7am from Rudy. I called back around 830am and we made an appointment for 1130am. He showed up at 1105am and quickly diagnosed the problem. He recommended replacing the furnace(which houses the blower assembly) due to the cost of repairs and its 17 year old condition. He didn t try to up sell me for an entire new system. He said my AC is working well so there s no need to replace it. I decided to replace the furnace and he said he d be back around 130pm. Rudy and his crew were back by 1pm. From the start of demo to it running again was less than 2 hours. Rudy s customer service is top notch!! From now on, I will only be calling Global Warming Heating and Air. I can t say enough good things about Rudy s business ethics and timeliness. A+++++"

From the start, communication with him was excellent. I provided him with a detailed description of the job, along with model numbers and photos of my existing system. He reviewed everything carefully rather than giving me a quick, generic quote. I received another bid for comparison, but the other contractor was significantly more expensive and wanted to upsell me. It was refreshing that Josh understood I had done my research, knew what I wanted, and didn't pressure me into unnecessary upgrades. Josh's team arrived on time, completed the work as scheduled, obtained the required permit, and left my home as clean as they found it. Overall, a great experience and a solid value. "Jaleel Porter from Bell Brother's Heating and Air, Inc. came to the house to install and trouble shoot the installation of two Ecobee Thermostats. We prepaid Best Buy's Geek Squad to installed them but their electrician was not able to install them properly. The job was abandoned by Geek Squad leaving some HVAC wiring mixed up and at least one wire was not connected properly. Jaleel Porter was courteous and has represented his company extremely well. He came wearing protective mask and shoe coverage. He was knowledgeable about the product that he installed. He was also informative about any general and specific HVAC questions and maintenance issues. Moreover, he was also punctual and cordial in communicating how the service works. He was also patient and helpful in teaching us the settings and operations of the system using our apps. He did not leave the premises until everything was functioning properly. Finally, There were no "surprises" and the price was reasonable and competitive."

"Truthfully, we had angst about calling for service because of past experience with other HVAC vendors. They always said the same thing, our system is "old" and we need a new one. Very expensive! We called for service, not a hard sell! Hence, we never used the same one twice. However, Tyndall gave me the impression, whether right or wrong, that they would be less likely to do this so I decided to try them. They kept me informed of their arrival status, since they squeezed me in at the end of their work day the same day I called. So, communicative and accommodating! After running several tests, they determined it was an electrical problem and nothing to do with the unit itself. They also said our unit doesn't need replacing - that's a first! They didn't do any unnecessary service or repair to run up the bill or even try to convince us it was needed. We were only charged the minimum fee as quoted. We were able to repair our air conditioning without the "hard-sell angst". So, thorough and honest! Unlike the other HVAC vendors we've used, we definitely will call them if we need service again!"
