"I called Red’s Appliance Repair. I did not use the virtual one. Red was courteous, professional, prompt & charged a fair price. I was very pleased."

"Very professional and courteous. They were straight forward and didnâ t try and â upsellâ anything. Genuinely had concern for my familyâ s wellbeing and getting my HVAC system up and running smoothly again. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, legitimate company for all your homeâ s needs."

"I thought they were professional and nice, but they tried to repair my same appliance three times and it still didn't work. They were telling me one thing, but were telling my home warranty company something different. When I requested all three of us get on the phone to clarify the misunderstanding, Repair Tech Plus declined. As a result, I have to schedule another company to come out and start all over again with the assessment. This should have already been closed out so I could order a new appliance."

"There was a lot of confusion at first with customer service/scheduling.  I won't go into detail, but Mr. Baker called to follow up and the communication was much appreciated.
It's been a while since he's been out;  I forgot the technician's name!  He was kind and it felt almost like having my dad come over; he explained the issue and was knowledgeable about our fridge and gave me a few options on fixing it.  *it was just a frozen water line!
I think Baker's is honest, sincere, and competent about small appliances - we would use them again dispite the communication issues we had...which reminds me - the dryer vent/chimney inspection promised never happend...

"Very good. They take care of your appliances. They only charge my $75.00 per call, including the parts. They use refurbished parts most of the time. I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. Most of the time they are not that bad. The cover most of my major appliances, my washer, dryer, my pool. My daughter also uses the same company, they have done her washer, dryer, and air conditioner."
