Justin from Apex Technical Services diagnosed both issues quickly and explained what components were defective and what they would cost to replace. The parts were ordered and 2 days later Justin returned and finished the repairs and our appliances are working perfectly. I am more than satisfied with the job Justin did. He kept me informed on the status of the parts order and scheduling the final repair. He even called a couple days later to make sure everything was working properly. "My dryer would turn over but not heat. I thought the heating element or thermostat had broken. The Appliance Pro repairman located the problem and fixed it. It turned out to be a bad wiring connection, not the heating element or thermostat that was the more probable cause. The expertise and honesty of the repairman was refreshing."

"Our dryer went out due to overheating of the element. Contacted our appliance repair and they told us it was due to the dryer vent being clogged and preventing heat to go out.  I emailed Sharon on Monday evening, not expecting a response until morning however, she called almost 5 minutes after I hit send on the email.
Sharon told me should could be out at 9 on Wednesday and complete the job.  At 855 she pulled up in the driveway, unloaded here equipment and within the hour (at the most) she was done, cleaned up, and gone.  A very professional individual and will call her annually now to get this done.  I have also provided her name and number to several friends.
