"Robert was a wonderful technician. He was concerned about the expense in replacing the burned out parts needed to repair the washer, and attempted to find options. However, the parts were needed, and so he reduced the labor costs, which he didn't have to do. We were very impressed with him, and worked long and hard to repair the washer, which we had originally thought we may have to completely replace. Our 15- year old 'top of the line' washer looks like it might last another 15 years. We will definitely use this company for all of our appliances. "The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.
