After completing the initial repair on my refrigerator, he returned later that evening when the refrigerator began to make banging sounds. He rechecked the appliance and stayed for about 30 minutes to make sure the issue had been addressed. He asked me to call him if the noise returned. There was no charge for the follow up call. Very professional. I would definitely use Anytime Appliance Services again."

"My initial phone call with the agent was a bit odd. He provided a quote. I was waiting on another quote before I decided. Later in the day I called to confirm I want Porch for the job. He scheduled my appointment. Or I thought he did. On the day of the appointment I no one showed. I called and was informed he did not activate a form request for the job so I had to reschedule. That was frustrating as I had rearranged my schedule be there. The actual job went fine. The person arrived a bit late (but called to inform me). He completed the task in a timely manner.
