"I worked through my Home Warranty company and there was a terrible delay in getting the parts.  The first set of parts sent by the insurance was incorrect and it took a while to get the right parts.  There was some finger pointing between the Insurance company and Best Solutions so I really don't know who was at fault.  The entire time was about four weeks to get the dishwahser repaired which I think was too long.
I want to state again though that the tech did a great job.  He seemed to know what he was talking about and knew what needed to be done to fix it and at the end of the day that's what really counts.
I don't know if the issue was the Insurance company or Best Soltuions only that it took longer than I would have liked due to the issues with the parts.  I'll never know who was at fault and at this point I guess it doesn't matter.  I would use them again and I would recommend them to others.

"First and foremost, Miquel, honorable honest and efficient, timely work. I was very impressed with Miquel’s knowledge. He knew or suspected the problem as soon as he saw my Samsung top load washer. It ended up being exactly what he said it was going to be, and fortunately for me the part that was broken really wasn’t needed. He removed the offending part that was blocking the drain. He then closed it back up and it’s been working perfectly for over a week now. Quite honestly he could’ve worked me for a lot more money, that never seemed to be his goal. His only goals seem to be fixing my problem at the most efficient price."
