"I have found the only appliance repair company I'll ever need! They tried to help me figure out the problem over the phone before sending someone. The repairman was great! He explained everything and was very nice. Courtesy from everyone, beginning to end and great rates!"

"It went well. The power went out on the fridge and ac unit. John came within the hour after he responded to my request. He was the only one to respond on the Saturday."

"I have been defrosting my Samsung Refrigerator ice maker weekly for two full years. I've spent a fortune trying to get it fixed. When the primary fan started making loud noises, I contacted HA and got Those Guys as a recommendation. Alfred called me back within minutes. He came this morning at our agreed to appointment (on time and prepared). He was extremely professional, communicated with me about what his research had revealed, and got to work. He worked diligently and carefully to removed covers so he could physically check the fan. Thankfully, it was not bad. I would recommend this company, hands down! He did not mind me looking over his shoulder and asking a million questions. He does not overbook himself do he can commit the time to the customer and the job at hand. CALL this young man...he is just starting out and is amazingly positive, well spoken, and pleasant. He knows what he is doing!"

"I moved into a new house they was pretty much up to date except on of the bathrooms. I also wanted to change out the backsplash in the kitchen because I did not like the color palate. These guys worked so fast getting the job done. They advertise finishing a bathroom in two weeks and stuck to their word. Friendly and easy to work with.

"He did not seem prepared for the job. I had 3 ceiling fans to install and in my bedroom he dropped his drill and chipped hard wood floor which I did not notice until he was gone. Then he had to go to a home appliance store and made me pay him cash when I only had a 20$ he said that was fine, but I thought payment for extras went through the app. He kept asking for water bottles but I do not keep that stuff I use reusable water bottles. It was just overall a weird encounter."

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
