When the primary fan started making loud noises, I contacted HA and got Those Guys as a recommendation. Alfred called me back within minutes. He came this morning at our agreed to appointment (on time and prepared). He was extremely professional, communicated with me about what his research had revealed, and got to work. He worked diligently and carefully to removed covers so he could physically check the fan. Thankfully, it was not bad. I would recommend this company, hands down! He did not mind me looking over his shoulder and asking a million questions. He does not overbook himself do he can commit the time to the customer and the job at hand. "The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.

Nick was very professional and prior to hiring him he told me exactly what the job would cost, so there were no surprises.
