"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."

"Tom came right away (on a Friday), immediately knew what to do. The expensive user interface board on our dryer might be on its last legs, but Tom got it working again and said that if it goes out within 90 days then he'll only charge us for the part, at retail price. He called the parts store in front of me and let me hear the price - he doesn't mark the price up above retail as Sears and others do. He was genuinely concerned about helping us not spend more than we need to. This was our second time we've used his services and recommend him highly! I'd sure like to find someone like him for other problems around the house!"
