He repaired it after informing us what the issue was and then tested the washer to make sure it was repaired. It has been working and is great. A previous repairman gave us a diagnosis over the phone that it was the motherboard and said it would be the $250 part and another $80-$100 for the repair...and then did not show for the appointment. Our bill with N & J APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC was $60.00!! He found that the drain was completely clogged and it was triggering error codes, so we needed no parts and he only charged for his time....and a very fair charge as well!! This kind of honesty and service I thought was a thing of the past and we could not recommend them more!!"

"Very good. They take care of your appliances. They only charge my $75.00 per call, including the parts. They use refurbished parts most of the time. I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. Most of the time they are not that bad. The cover most of my major appliances, my washer, dryer, my pool. My daughter also uses the same company, they have done her washer, dryer, and air conditioner."
