"Mr. Appliance  answered my Angie's List message quickly, scheduled the service to easily accommodate my schedule and showed-up on time.  He was able to repair the dishwasher.  I wish the part was not as expensive as it is, but I was completely satisfied with the service and the professionalism of the service provider. I will call Mr. Appliance again for any other appliance repairs.

"This company seemed to have reasonable rates so I hired them to do another small job in my home to fix an issue for my microwave being on a combined circuit with other items. They did come in and seemingly did the job in short order and the rates were reasonable. Some days later I was running my dishwasher and microwave at the same time and the circuit blew. Turns out all they did was move everything that was on a circuit to a new circuit so I was still experiencing the same issue. I have tried repeatedly to reach this company to resolve this issue and after 3 attempts I have heard nothing back. I wouldnt recommend this company to do anything more than turn on a light switch and would suggest Home Advisor to review having this company on the list of contractors. They didnt do the job they were supposed to do and are not returning my calls to remedy the issue. The owner of Kramer Electric did contact me and came to fix the issue. He was here until 7:30 at night on a Saturday night but did stay until the issue was resolved. I am satisfied with the resolution, but still not sure why he did't receive or respond to my first 2 voice messages I left for him."

"We would recommend this company to everyone.  The remodeling went very well.  All the gentlemen who came out were personable and friendly and they each did a great job for us.  All the work they did was perfect and you would never know now that there had ever been a fireplace in the room or a chimney on the roof.  The work was done in a week which is what we were promised.  I felt comfortable with each of the people who came out to the house and I was able to communicate with them easily.  They were willing to answer questions and talk about the work they were doing.  Paul called me to check on the work and to make sure things were going according to the plan. At the end of the week, he called to be sure that I was very happy with the work and to let me know how billing would work.  We were also very pleased that the final bill did not exceed the estimate that we had been given.  I know this job was smaller than what they usually do and we were so pleased that they were still willing to accept the job. They were happy to use our owner stock for materials we had and they were happy to find and provide the materials that we didn't have.   This helped to save us money and they offered to leave left over products or take them, whichever we preferred.  We appreciated that option as well.  We will be hiring them again."
