"I hired Tom through Angi and he did an excellent job. He was very much friendly and he did an excellent job from his side. I had a problem with the LG washer, he visited and figured out the problem, and replaced a few parts. He did everything at a very reasonable price and I would like to highly recommend him for replacing and repairing the appliances."

"I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."

"Vince from Berkeley County Electronics Repair arrived on time. Courteous. He made an initial assesment and determined he needed to take the microwave to another site for additional diagnostics. Called in a couple of days to let me know he was returning with the appliance. Microwave is working well. Vince kept me informed and updated throughout this process regarding parts needed and costs. He didnt proceed with the repairs until he got my approval to proceed. I would hire Berkeley County Electronics Repair again."
