"The repairman arrived late due to an accident on the freeway.  The office did call me to let me know.  I showed him the area that needed to be reparied.  He asked me if I had some of the supplies I thought he would have brought for drywall repair such as tape and texturing.  He said the company should have told me to provide this, and I indicated no one told me anything.  Eventually, he ran out to Home Depot which took over an hour, and came back with the proper supplies.  He finished the job in the time allotted.  It is an adequate job.  It was in my laundry room behind the appliances so I wasn't so concerned about how it looks.  If I had been concerned about that, the job wouldn't have been satisfactory.

"I asked him to come to repair pull that moves water from bath to shower head. He cleaned area and explained need for me to periodically clean with CLR to control calcification. He put handles on sink faucets in master bath back to their original positions. What a bargain! A service call from plumber for only $39! Thank you!
