"Bill from Carter Brothers was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and thorough and he actually took the time to explain to me the inner workings of my refrigerator so I knew what was going on with it. I would hire them again without hesitation. Their customer service is stellar."

"Excellent service! Our fridge ice maker completely stopped working. Oleg arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was wrong, and offered several repair options. We chose the best one, he ordered the part and returned to fix it. Now the ice maker works perfectly again. Oleg is very professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend him! Thank you!👍"

"My experience with HSR was satisfactory. They dispatched a professional and competent appliance repair expert that was not only knowledgeable regarding appliances but was efficient during his inspection and for the repair itself. My Viking wasn’t cooling and Matt was able to diagnose the problem quickly, fixed it within the same visit."

"Excellent!! Max called me right away, was here within an hour. Replaced the fan at the back of my freezer and saved all my Costco meat I just bought yesterday. He is Quick with his labor, was done in an hour or less. His fee was affordable!! He gave me a neighborly discount, since he lives nearby. He is going into my speed dial, for all appliance repairs!! I couldn’t be happier!!!"

"He was professional, easy to work with and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Â Both appliances have worked flawlessly since the service.
The first time I used Chris was on a Asko dishwasher at a rental property. Â Even though the Swedish brand is difficult to find parts for and a bit complex, Chris was able to repair it and keep it up and running. Â
I would use him again."

"White glove treatment is the best way to describe how Kitchen's Plus handled my kitchen project. From my first meeting with the designer to my final punch list review everything went very well. No high pressure sales, quality products/materials, and fantastic attention to detail and commitment to customer service. My PM, Tim Burr, made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Even coming out on a Saturday morning to deal with a small drip from the kitchen sink. Regarding commitment to excellence, the tile installer noticed small imperfections on the back splash tile. He would not install an inferior product and ordered all new tile. I plan on using Kitchen's Plus again when I get around to remodeling my bathroom."

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
