"my 10 year old Maytag started leaking water inside the freezer leaving a large puddle of frozen ice in the bottom. I call Jose and he came the very next day. He took a look and diagnosed the problem immediately. He carefully explained it was the heating element which thaws the water in the drain hose was not working thus causing the water to back up into my freezer and then freeze causing the block of ice in the bottom. He had the part the very next day and installed it within 30 minutes. my fridge has been running perfectly ever since. I am very please with the service and Jose. He was clean and professional. I would definitely call First Priority again for service on any of my appliances.

"These comments are for Premier Appliance in San Antonio. PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE THESE COMMENTS WITH Premier Appliance LLC located in the Dallas, Texas area. Premier Appliance LLC IN THE DALLAS AREA SUCKS! Premier Appliance in San Antonio IS GREAT. Robert Rivera from Premier Appliance in San Antonio HANDLED OUR ISSUE which is a refrigerator that cannot be fixed due to an unavailable evaporator. We have been negotiating with SEARS re an Appliance Insurance Policy we have with them ... SEARS SENT US TO Premier Appliance LLC IN THE DALLAS AREA and they have been dinking around with trying to fix our issue since Jan, 2021 making four (4) service calls to our home. They do not have a clue."

"R&R arrived on time to repair our clothes dryer. The problem ended up being a burned out electrical outlet. They told us we needed an electrician and to call them if the dryer was damaged as a result of the fried outlet. Fortunately it was not damaged. We were charged a $45 service fee, which we had no problem with. We will call them again for large appliance repair."

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
