"On his first visit he made all the repairs quickly, installed the water filter, bur he had to return two days later to install the Rinnai heater. His supplier had ordered a natural gas heater instead of the propane unit he requested. Doug call the day before to let us know he did not get the correct water heater and he would have to make a second trip to install the heater.
