He was extremely prompt in calling with a quote and scheduling service and was very communicative regarding my appointment and the progress in repairs. He made some significant suggestions that I should pay attention to so I can keep my appliances in top shape. I'm thankful for his tips because otherwise, the matters he addressed could have potentially been a disaster to not only my appliances but also to my home (ex: fire hazard). "I pay $75 annually for a certain amount of appliances to be covered. What we didn't know is that you still have to pay a service call fee and if the technician deems the appliance still functional they will not fix it and if the technician says there is nothing wrong with the appliance, they will not fix it. In other words, the appliance has to be completely broken in order for them to fix it."
