The operator said we had to pay $88.00 to get the repairman out here and all other expenses would be deducted from that. We were suspicious,but paid anyway. because she said without payment, no one would come.. The repairman charged 81.00 and said he gets paid on the job and had no knowledge of the transaction. Please cancel all other appointments and the 88.00 that was paid via telephone. Looks like FRAUD! The repairman Royce Washington did a good job, but where's my 88.00? I had to pay him. 81.79."

"Very good. They take care of your appliances. They only charge my $75.00 per call, including the parts. They use refurbished parts most of the time. I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. Most of the time they are not that bad. The cover most of my major appliances, my washer, dryer, my pool. My daughter also uses the same company, they have done her washer, dryer, and air conditioner."
