They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. The total duration of install was maybe an hour, because the tech identified some things that could cause future problems. This guy went above and beyond. He cleaned and handled them at no extra charge. Granted it took him an extra few minutes to perform the small task, he went above and beyond and that makes me confident in avoiding future issues. I did not price shop or call around. I went to 5* reviews and they were there sitting alone at the top. I am not worried about the price of things, just as long as they're done right. "I called Sonic appliances in the morning, and Rabin and John showed up in the afternoon on time, diagnosed the problem with my rental’s Kenmore dishwasher rack and Samsung icemaker problems. The initial diagnose cost was very reasonable and included in the total cost of repairs. The repair cost was reasonable and most importantly did an excellent repair job. They made multiple trips to complete repairs, because the Samsung controller was frozen into the chassis.
