"in the past I have had difficulty finding electricians in my area. Within hours after requesting help, Anthony contacted me. He came over, gave me an estimate and set up the appt. - Bill & Shane were prompt and professional. They provided the service that was specified on the Angies List coupon. There was very little work required for my Breaker Box so they tune up was more for piece of mind. After they left, my refrigerator in the garage stopped working and my internet router quite working. I contact the company and got a call from Bill within 30 minutes. He walked me thru finding the breaker for the refrigerator (it was located outside and not in the breaker box) and when I told him about the internet not working (turns out a cable got pulled out while inspecting the box) he offered to talk to the owner of the company about a refund. He called me back in just a few minutes and said that Abest Electric would refund the amount that I paid Angie's in the form of a credit for future work and that they would provide a discount on any future jobs required.
Very impressed with the customer service provided by Abest Electric. They went above and beyond my very lofty expectations of customer service. They stand by there work and are very concerned with there reputation. Not a lot of companies can say the same thing. e

"Very good. They take care of your appliances. They only charge my $75.00 per call, including the parts. They use refurbished parts most of the time. I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. Most of the time they are not that bad. The cover most of my major appliances, my washer, dryer, my pool. My daughter also uses the same company, they have done her washer, dryer, and air conditioner."
