"I had issues with my electric dryer and the oven is my gas range. Justin from Apex Technical Services diagnosed both issues quickly and explained what components were defective and what they would cost to replace. The parts were ordered and 2 days later Justin returned and finished the repairs and our appliances are working perfectly. I am more than satisfied with the job Justin did. He kept me informed on the status of the parts order and scheduling the final repair. He even called a couple days later to make sure everything was working properly. I will definitely call Apex for any future appliance repairs!! I will highly recommend Apex and especially Justin to anyone in need of appliance repairs."

They replace my suspension rods on my washer with no problem. The job was done so quick and efficient. It was good working with individual owned business rather than a tech who was constrained by a faceless company.
