"Very honest. Unknown at time of call, it was an easy repair (dryer sheet got tangled in the washing machine agitator mechanics. Removed and charged for the service call. He could have told me something needed replaced and charged me a lot more. I appreciated him being on-time and being honest. Will definitely use again the next time I have an appliance issue. Highly recommend."
