We are Carly & Seven and have been in the property management and maintenance business for 15 years. HVAC certified. We are licensed and insured. Our main service is pressure washing. We originally started the business to serve churches and commercial accounts but we like spreading the word and helping all people. We have also done VCT floor stripping and waxing and enjoy doing that as well! We look forward to serving you! And taking care of your needs!

"Through Porch Services I hired Fix It All Appliance Repair to install my over-the-range microwave oven. Nick was very professional and prior to hiring him he told me exactly what the job would cost, so there were no surprises. Since he came on his own he did need an extra set of hands to take down the old microwave and put up the new one, but again, he asked that I have someone at home to help him with these quick tasks. I was very satisfied with the work."
