"The owner, Keith, came to my house on time (actually about 10 minutes early).  The problem I was having with my Bosch dishwasher not draining turned out not to be a problem at all.  Keith explained that there should be a certain amount of sitting water underneath the filter so the gaskets stay lubricated.  He checked out several other things on my dishwasher and explained them to me as he went along.  
It took Keith about 20 minutes to go through everything on my dishwasher.  As I braced to find out the cost of the service call, he told me no charge.  I was floored because I've had experiences in the past where companies come out and charge full price regardless of how little time they are on the job.
I would highly recommend Keith to anyone who needs appliance work done.  He was very prompt, professional, easy to talk to, took his time to explain everything and was easy to understand.  In this day and age, it's a joy to find someone this honest.  I would highly recommend Budget Appliance Repair!
