"The technician did some testing and then recommended that we needed not only a completely new air conditioner but also a new furnace. Since we've had no trouble with either appliance we were skeptical. We will get a second and, perhaps, even a third opinion but we came away with the feeling that this special offer through Angie's list might have just been a way to try to sell appliances. And the quote they gave us for just the air conditioner was higher than prices we've seen advertised for both the A/C and the furnace."

"MARK WAS A GREAT COMMUNICATOR AND COVERED ALL THE BASES WITH A PHONE CALL AND FOLLOW UP E-MAIL TO CONFIRM DETAILS OF WORK. THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN HE ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED BUT SO WAS THE AMOUNT OF WORK. IT WAS THE COLDEST DAYS IN DECEMBER AND WORTH EVERY PENNY TO HAVE THEM ON THE JOB. WE MAYBE PAID $130 MORE THAN ESTIMATED, BUT I DIDN'T PLAN ON HIS FORWARD THINKING IN DONATING THE APPLIANCES. TAX DEDUCTION! SMART! THANK YOU! I'D CALL AGAIN!"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
