Their repairman Seth was very knowledgeable with dishwasher problems, He had the parts on hand and he was able to make the repair right away. He did have to come back to adjust the float switch on the dishwasher. He didn't charge me for making the adjustment, and when I ran the dishwasher it ran like it did when it was new. "My initial phone call with the agent was a bit odd. He provided a quote. I was waiting on another quote before I decided. Later in the day I called to confirm I want Porch for the job. He scheduled my appointment. Or I thought he did. On the day of the appointment I no one showed. I called and was informed he did not activate a form request for the job so I had to reschedule. That was frustrating as I had rearranged my schedule be there. The actual job went fine. The person arrived a bit late (but called to inform me). He completed the task in a timely manner.
