"Our central AC/furnace is only about 3 years old but it has already been a very warm summer and we have been running it a lot so were looking to get a tune up just to make sure everything was working good and for preventative maintenance. Tarpy was running a great deal for that service through Angie's List and so wen t for it. Chris Northup was our technician and he was awesome = punctual, thorough and very professional and pleasant. He went through the system and took his time and made sure everything was in tiptop shape. He explained what he was doing and was super easy to deal with while I was trying to tend to our 18 month old.
