Larry determined that the cost to repair dryer was more than half the price of a new dryer. He determined the dryer was 10 years old. Paying for the parts and labor was 1 option that he offered me or I could scrap the dryer and put the repair cost to a replacement new dryer. As the dryer was 10 years used, we paid Larry for his diagnosis charge which was very reasonable. I highly recommend Larry’s services as he diagnosed the situation quickly and we did a cost analysis to repair or replace the dryer. He is a very patient and kind man. "He did not seem prepared for the job. I had 3 ceiling fans to install and in my bedroom he dropped his drill and chipped hard wood floor which I did not notice until he was gone. Then he had to go to a home appliance store and made me pay him cash when I only had a 20$ he said that was fine, but I thought payment for extras went through the app. He kept asking for water bottles but I do not keep that stuff I use reusable water bottles. It was just overall a weird encounter."
