"I’m thankful Carter Bros was my choice through Angi’s list. The oven portion of my gas range suddenly quit working. Bill came out the same day and was thorough and professional. He was unable to find the source of the failure and said it could be the motherboard and it could fail again and at that point I’ll need to weigh if the cost of replacing that mother board or replacing the 9 year old range makes more sense. I was only charged $199 and he spent over an hour trying to isolate the failure. I appreciate his honesty and not charging me an exorbitant price. I have saved their contact info and will use them whenever I have an appliance failure and will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends."

"Tim and his son were fantastic. I called him on a Thursday night and he was out first thing Friday morning to replace an old hot water heater that had leaked. Over the weekend I discovered that the new hot water heater was not heating, so I called him on Monday morning to ask him to take a look. He had booked a full day but showed up Monday evening - at the end of a long day of work - to troubleshoot. It turned out that the problem wasn't his fault, rather a peculiarity of my rather old house. Nonetheless he and his son insisted on fixing the problem so the hot water heater worked, all for no charge. I can't recommend this company highly enough. This kind of service is hard to find these days."

No high pressure sales, quality products/materials, and fantastic attention to detail and commitment to customer service. My PM, Tim Burr, made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Even coming out on a Saturday morning to deal with a small drip from the kitchen sink. Regarding commitment to excellence, the tile installer noticed small imperfections on the back splash tile. He would not install an inferior product and ordered all new tile. I plan on using Kitchen's Plus again when I get around to remodeling my bathroom."
