"I was having trouble with a frost-free top freezer compartment pooling water, which then froze into sheets of ice.  I had tried everything suggested online, as well as calling the store where we bought it (out of warranty -- no help).  AAA had excellent reviews on Angie's List so I gave them a call.  Michael showed up on time and got right to work.  He checked everything out and made a couple of adjustments.  We couldn't be sure he had found the culprit, but once he was done the problem was resolved.  It has been over a month and NO MORE ICE!  Thank you, Michael.
On the same trip, Michael addressed an ever-worsening F1 error on my Kenmore Oasis washer (also out of warranty).  Previous online investigation told me this is a common complaint and a major ($$$) computer board replacement was likely.  Michael ran the machine through it's cycle, checked connections and electronics, and confirmed the fact.  We agreed that replacing the washer was probably my best avenue.
