He had to literally take the drier apart to find the defective parts and their part numbers, so yes, that one took a little longer than a few minutes. For that one we decided it’s more cost effective to get a new drier. He offered to put it back together but what’s the point? They’ll only haul it away, anyway. He’s friendly courteous with a no-nonsense demeanor. Angie’s list is right to recommend him."
