Customers say: Quality work
"Fantastic customer service, I submitted my request, and within one day, I got a callback and scheduled my appointment, A&J was out to the house very promptly. When arriving at my home, they were very presentable and polite. Once on-site, we immediately reviewed the situation with my dryer and got a very competitive quote. A&J appliance took the time to explain what exactly was broken and repaired the unit and did a full service while repairing the dryer. Everything is working correctly, and I look forward to using A&J on future requests."

"The problem with ice buildup in our Samsung was corrected by adding a heater element. Action Appliance and its repairman were great. As a separate issue, I am displeased with the reliability of the manufacturer, Samsung, and would not buy another of their appliances in the future. We now have had two costly repairs in a four year period."

"They checked with the manufacturer to make sure they were getting the right parts for the repair, then scheduled the repair once they received them. The tech fixed properly in one shot, and the company had very good customer service and communication! They are my new go-to appliance repair company. But I'm still hoping I won't need them lol!"

Yes, buying appliances in a bundle can save you money and reduce the cost per unit. Retailers often offer discounts when you purchase three or more appliances from the same brand together. This approach not only lowers your appliance expenses but also simplifies installation coordination, providing financial and scheduling benefits.
The best time to buy a new appliance is when your current one fails or during a renovation. Major shopping holidays like Black Friday and Labor Day offer seasonal sales with better discounts. Planning your purchase during these times helps you maximize savings and aligns with your home improvement plans.
When you buy a new appliance, many retailers will also remove and dispose of your old appliances when they come to install the new ones. To dispose of your old appliance yourself, start by safely disconnecting it. If it's no longer functional, you can recycle it. If it still operates safely, consider donating or selling it to recoup some value. Some retailers offer trade-in programs for discounts on new models. These options promote eco-friendly disposal and help reduce waste.
