"Eddie came to our home to inspect a dishwasher and a wine cooler as both had stopped functioning. He was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to fix the dishwasher with a minor adjustment when I was ready to replace the entire unit. He then assessed the problem with the wine cooler and gave me an estimate, ordered the part and said he, or one of his service techs would return the following day to make the repair. Although I offered, he took no payment until the job was completed to our satisfaction. The next day as promised I received a call from the service tech, who was also courteous and knowledgable, telling me he was on his way and wanted to confirm our address. The repair was made and I was given the bill which included which I gladly paid. The entire experience was very professional, a rare find, and I highly recommend this company and the service they provide.

"The office staff is great, professional and only provide information that they know is accurate. The repairman came within the specified timeframe accessed the problem. There was an approximate cost to make the necessary repairs and if we wished to proceed another appointment would be scheduled. We agree to proceed and another appointment was scheduled, once the necessary parts availability was confirmed. Again the repairman arrived within the specified timeframe and completed the removal and replacement of the water valve system. The repairman checked his work and verified the dishwasher was functioning as it should. The repairs was completed in a workman like manner, the area was cleaned and the warranty was issued in writing. The cost was what had been estimated. I would highly recommend this firm for their professionalism, knowledge, punctuality and honesty.

"I contacted 3 Shimy's Home Maintenance & Repair because I had several small works of repairs and installation to do very quickly, following the move-out of our tenants. Michael has returned my call promptly, and he was able to squeeze into his schedule quickly to help me. The next day he was at the house to do the work. Also, I needed someone to clean the house throughout very quickly. I asked Michael if he could recommend someone. Michael has contacted a lady with whom he often works and does an excellent job; she changed her work schedule to accommodate because Michael asked her. She arrived at the same time that Michael with all its equipment and its products, ready to do the work! That was awesome! Thank you Michael for your initiative and being pro-active. Michael has installed blinds, re-screen patio screen door, repaired garage entry door, installed dead bolt on garage door, clean out drain and install aerator on all faucets, removed microwave and haul. He did the work in an extremely efficient manner. Michael went pick-up the over the range microwave and the dishwasher at the store and installed them and haul off the dishwasher. Excellent work and cleanup perfect. I asked Michael to provide me with invoices and he has sent them the next day. Being myself a certified General Contractor in industrial, commercial and residential since 26 years, in Québec, Canada, I can assess very quickly the skills of a subcontractor.
