"My washer was flooding my floor and I invited Refrix to come take a look. Refrix sent Alex. Alex was punctual. He immediately detected the problem and determined that it was not worth fixing. Before reaching that decision, he checked for replacement parts which were too expensive, excluding his labor. Too bad I could not hire him for the job but I intend to reach to Refrix next time I need help with any of my appliances."

"Abraham has been to our home twice - one to repair a heater coil in our dryer and this past weekend to fix our refrigerator. Both times he was professional, knowledgeable and really knew what he was doing. We had done both repairs previously by another contractor but they were done poorly and did not last.
