They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. The total duration of install was maybe an hour, because the tech identified some things that could cause future problems. This guy went above and beyond. He cleaned and handled them at no extra charge. Granted it took him an extra few minutes to perform the small task, he went above and beyond and that makes me confident in avoiding future issues. I did not price shop or call around. I went to 5* reviews and they were there sitting alone at the top. I am not worried about the price of things, just as long as they're done right. "Appliance is the Bosch Ascenta Condensation Dryer. It requires frequent cleaning of the lint filter and the heat exchanger. Obviously, the tenant did not do a good job. I did a couple round of cleaning myself but the "Cleaning req" warning light still came on intermittently. I called Alex and made the appointment. Before he arrived, I tried one more time to clean it. This time I took out the lint filter and rinse it in hot water, dried it before putting it back. The dryer was running flawlessly when Alex arrived and he had nothing to do, so he gave me a discounted service call charge."
