"I called Torque Appliance Repair regarding my refrigerator that was malfunctioning. Anthony informed me of his "Trip Charge" and we arranged a meeting time. He called before arriving as he said he would, arrived on time and was friendly and professional . He performed his diagnosis, I OK'd the suggested repair and then Anthony did the necessary repair. True to his word, his trip charge was deducted from the final bill, and I now having a refrigerator that functions properly."

"Extremely satisfied by the overall experience. They showed up right on time on the same day I contacted them. My washer needed servicing, and after what I and they thought would be an easy fix, they found that I had blown the computer's motherboard and it needed replacing. It took them a couple of additional hours to identify the issue. They advised me that it was cost efficient to replace the motherboard on the washer because the stacked washer and dryer I own is worth the repair. They also informed me that because they had not effectively fixed the washer that I would not incur any additional costs to the repair when they returned to replace the motherboard. Significant to note is that they spent more time than I expected because they were very keen on making sure my appliance worked. I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army.
