I was the last customer of the day for the fridge guy, Mike, and even though it was late he came, did a thorough inspection of the problem and overall health of the fridge, and then proceeded to do a complex set of repairs that took almost 4 hours. I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to. It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances. My experience with Appliance Tech Pros was top notch, and I very strongly recommend them to anyone else, especially those with high-end appliances like Viking, SubZero, etc. Jonathan Darsey"

"I called on a Monday to request a service visit for (1) of our (2) refrigerators. I was quickly provided a Wednesday appointment. I received a call that morning to confirm my appointment and Curtis arrived right on time as promised. He quickly looked at my fridge, and because I had provided him the make & model, he had the required parts to make the repair right away. While he was there, I asked him if he could look at my (2nd) fridge and he was very willing to do that for me. He inspected it and then offered me an option of some preventative maintenance and again, had the parts available. I'm certain this saved me yet another repair and I was very happy Curtis was willing to do that ad hoc inspection for me. Overall I am very please and would very much recommend M&M Appliance. I will not hesitate to call Curtis again if I need him. He was courteous, helpful, honest and performed the work in a timely and quality manner."

"Mr. Henderson installed 2 pendant lights over my breakfast bar. The breakfast bar did not have a crawl space so Mr. Henderson had to make an professional evaluation of what had to be done. Installing these lights without a crawl space was a challenge, even for a master electrician such as Mr. Henderson. But you would never know because throughout the entire install he was patient, remained courteous, and continually informed me of what he was doing to make the project a success. At the end of the installation, I was in awe of his work. Especially since other "master" electricians had informed me that the job could not be done without considerable expense.
