"Phenomenal! Joe is a true professional and a master of his craft. I recommend him to anyone looking for quality architect work and great customer service. Not only did Joe do a thorough job for me, he also answered all of my questions, and believe me, I had A LOT of questions. Joe also recommended contractors that he trusts so I didn't have to use my own time searching for them. You can't go wrong with Joe!"

"Don't let Contractors take advantage of you, and hire an independent professional engineer. We did have several cracks around the house including the foundations walls, interior walls and ceilings. We hired many contractors for estimates for the repairs, we did have huge difference in quoted starting from $7K to $35K, then we hired an independent engineer to do a full structural assessment. We hired Kiro Engineering to do the structural assessment. They have three options for the assessment. We chose the highest option with a full assessment and structural integrity for the entire house. The report was very detailed with photos, observations, and recommendations. We like the way it was organized. The report was simple to read and understand for a "layman" who is not a professional contractor. This report gave us the right cost estimate. We almost saved $25K."

"George from LallyGone is a very professional architecture engineer. He came to the work site, inspected the house, and provided a reasonable price. His team worked on the particular project, there were three people in the team, they are very capable and efficient. The team cleaned up the work area after they finished the job. We were very satisfied with work done. i will definitely hire the company LallyGone again and will recommend this company to friends."

"My experience is similar to what many others spoke of. Friendly, professional, competent, fair price. But responsive communication is something they need to work on."

"Really easy to work with, accommodating, excellent work."

"We hired Ernest and Sons to construct our patio tiles. We purchased 2' X 2' Tiles and I have to say they did a gorgeous job. I was so pleased with the way they showed up when they said they would. The men that laid out on my job worked so hard. The labor was very strenuous but they never took a break. They were the most conscientious and polite workers I've ever dealt with. They worked neatly, cleaned up totally afterward, and just had a great deal of respect for our property. They really did a beautiful job and Ernest, the owner is a real gentleman also. Love this company!"

"Very Happy With Ryans' Work :) We are in the process of opening a Bakery and Ryan not only provided the designs but helped us figure out how to set things up properly. He consulted with other pros / team members, like his Mechanical Engineer, to confirm all details needed. He met with our team a few times, very professional always and provided us with the final designs. I must say, I was AMAZED! Just Beautiful Work! Thanks Ryan!!! Highly Recommended!!!"

"Very reliable Architect. Very committed to clients schedule. Explain everything clearly to client. Resonable pricing compared to other Architects in the Area."

"Couldn’t be happier with how our deck turned out! The team did an excellent job from start to finish. The workmanship is great, everything came out exactly how we envisioned it, and you can tell they really paid attention to the details. They were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire project. The finished deck looks amazing and completely transformed our outdoor space. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a deck built or renovated! Debbie is amazing"
