"If your looking for an architect, just stop here. This was my first time ever hiring an architect and the experience has been educational, professional, and most importantly secured. He went to bat for my business and hit a home run. Very informative, gave updates on the work being done. He went above and beyond with what he has to do as he helped me locate several contractors. I would stop here, and roll with Lynn."

"Clear specific recommendations to stabilize and correct sinking foundation & leaning walls on my 100 year old solid brick garage. Will implement recommendations. Although engineering report was promised within 7 to 10 days of inspection, it was received in 25 days. Worth the wait, great overall experience."

"Tim, is extremely Knowledgeable in his field. He showed up on time and he was pleasant and nice to work with. Tim put together drawings for a retainer wall I had built. I was very pleased with the drawing. He certified the drawing and signed off. Tim, thanks a lot. I highly recommend Tim if you need an experience Engineer that deals with retainer walls. Wanda. "Quality job. We were very satisfied with the kitchen remodel. Fair pricing and easy to work with."

"Mark is an extremely hard worker. We had a complicated (to say the least) short sale buying experience and I truly believe it was his hard work ethic and "get it done attitude" that is allowing me to write this review from inside our new home. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions at all times of the day and even weekends. He had to deal with the bank and two different realtors to get our answers but he always got what we needed. He even helped me with a mortgage question after we made settlement a month later. Our realtor told us from the beginning that he was the best, and lets just say, she wasn't kidding. I wouldn't think twice about using Mark's services again in the future.

"Gino was excellent to work with. Unlike other construction companies we had called for estimates, Gino returned my calls quickly and always arrived at our home when he said that he would. He answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond by completing some tasks that he did not charge us for. He continually kept us informed regarding the status of the work on our home and updated us as to additional things that needed to be done (i.e., the roof was old and we ended up having to replace most of the plywood).
Additionally, the job was completed in 2 days, which was faster than the one week estimate that he had originally given!

"After struggling for many years in caring for a steep and hazardous bank, Evergreen Landscaping and Lawn Care has developed and finalized a solution to stop our falls and tumbles that had occurred several times over the years even with a lawn mower in hand! We are so happy with the work of Troy Smith and the effort that was done, They cleared the bank; brought in rock, and planted trees. The labor that was done was truly amazing. Thank you so much Troy for a beautiful, quick and economical resolve!!! They are so trust worthy that I have no reservations in leaving our property totally in their care."
