"My wife spray-painted some wicker furniture in the garage. Unfortunately, she didn't think it was necessary to remove my (black) Jeep from the garage before painting. That resulted in a nice coat of brown overspray covering most of the vehicle, especially the front half. Fortunately, Ty and Tiffany are the rare breed of vendor who promise a lot and then deliver more. Ty (who may be one of the happiest people I've ever met) went over the vehicle twice with a clay bar, then waxed, polished and buffed the paint. He shined the wheels/tires and did a complete detailing of the interior. My Jeep looked better when I picked it up than it did on the day I first drove away from the dealership! This is the second vehicle that Ty has detailed for me. The first one was a 7-year old Jeep that I was passing on to my son. It looked brand new when Ty was finished with it (including the engine compartment). In my opinion, you can't find a better place to detail your car than 1st Class Auto Detailing!"

"This company did an excellant job start to finish! The office staff was very friendly and helpful. I called because I had been given an outrageous quote from someone else and I needed to see what their quote would be. The office said they were on a job and would get back with me. Dale, the owner was at my home within a few hours. He was very professional and gave me a good quote, a GREAT quote compared to the quote from the other company.

Dale and his crew were professional and prompt, so prompt that they came a day earlier!! Yay! They did everything I asked and more. They cut down large tree limbs from tall trees along one side of our property and removed dead limbs on a tree in our backyard. Dale also gave me advice on what the tree might need next year plus telling me what type of tree it actually was. I had thought it was something else for years. They also trimmed/shaped about 16 or 17 bushes, some of them quite large. Along with the trees and bushes I had asked for some much needed landscaping. This required them to completely clean out old flower beds which were quite messy. They then landscaped with river rock and replanted/rearranged existing plants. It looks so much better! This company also completely cleaned up everything. I would say they went over and above because they removed weeds from the driveway and cleaned up my sidewalk in the back. Which means I now have a sidewalk again!
I was very pleased with their work and I would definitely refer and rehire Dale and his company again!

I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work.  Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon.   Heck yes!   An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start.   They arrived at 9 am.   The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.  

Both Charles and his helper are very personable.   All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy.   All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.

I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small. 

Update:   Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it.   He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding.   He will be returning to replace the drywall.   Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner.   We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.
