Get matched with top architects/engineers in Sparrows Point, MD

"Despite a few hiccups the engineer worked very diligently to resolve the problem and I am quite satisfied."

"For various reasons, we also asked two other companies to do the same thing. The other designs were from landscape architects and cost $1,000 apiece. They each had somewhat different takes on the problem, but the design from Azaleas to Zinnias was as about as good as either of the others and cost absolutely nothing. Not only that, but the designers' plans have now been submitted to contractors to bid on. So far, with one bid received, Azaleas to Zinnias bid for the work is exactly the same. So overall, their design would cost $1,000 less to execute since the design was free."

"The engineer was very prompt, very clear. He gave me exactly the information I needed to make a decision, and more. He has also worked in my neighborhood before."

"I had a great experience working with Omid Gharavi of OGV Structural Engineering for structural engineering permit services for my home in Baltimore. He was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The drawings he prepared and stamped, along with the engineering letter, were approved by the county without issue, allowing me to move forward with my home project. I truly appreciate his expertise and would highly recommend his services."

"Excellent overall. Joe is the best in the business. He came up with solutions and designs even better than the Architects! He really has eye for how things should be laid out and can come out with very creative designs and space saving solutions."
