"They were very easy to work with.  They drove stakes along two sides of the property at the locations I requested to establish a line for fencing and landscaping.  They thoroughly explained what they were doing and how they were doing it.  The neighbors arrived as they were finishing.  The survey revealed that the property extended as much as ten feet onto the property that the neighbors believed to be theirs.  Ray spent twenty or thirty minutes patiently explaining the survey process, the authority a surveyor has to make these determinations and what recourse the neighbors had if they disagreed with the findings.  We were very appreciative of his willingness to take the time to talk with them about the survey.  It took about four weeks to receive the written report on the survey.

"My wife spray-painted some wicker furniture in the garage. Unfortunately, she didn't think it was necessary to remove my (black) Jeep from the garage before painting. That resulted in a nice coat of brown overspray covering most of the vehicle, especially the front half. Fortunately, Ty and Tiffany are the rare breed of vendor who promise a lot and then deliver more. Ty (who may be one of the happiest people I've ever met) went over the vehicle twice with a clay bar, then waxed, polished and buffed the paint. He shined the wheels/tires and did a complete detailing of the interior. My Jeep looked better when I picked it up than it did on the day I first drove away from the dealership! This is the second vehicle that Ty has detailed for me. The first one was a 7-year old Jeep that I was passing on to my son. It looked brand new when Ty was finished with it (including the engine compartment). In my opinion, you can't find a better place to detail your car than 1st Class Auto Detailing!"

"This is by far the most professional company I have ever dealt with...and we have had a lot of work done to our houses over the years.  Everyone is very friendly, very available and pay such close attention to detail.  I am very OCD about things in my house and so are they!  They worked really hard to get everything level and perfect.  Their architect had great ideas and helped us a lot along the way.  The hardscape team always cleaned up after themselves every day and everyone really seemed to care about what we wanted and how we thought things were going.  I just can't say enough good things about them.  We did get a price from 2 other landscape companies and they were right in line with everyone else. "How'd it go?  AMAZING!  Charles & his crew did such a fantastic job I can only explain it as if they did for my house what they would do for their own!  Charles & Brittany were very responsive....showed up on the day & time of the scheduled appointment and did a FANTASTIC job!  I asked Charles to take 'before' & 'after' pictures (since I did not have the time to do so).  I want to put them on Angie's list, but truthfully, they won't do justice to the work or splendor of their art!!!  They did such an amazing job that I called them up & asked them to "finish it up" & do the N, W and South side of the house!  Again, the same SUPER job!!!  This company "rocks"!  I will ask to have them back later this fall to put in some mulch & put me on their schedule for next SPRING!
