Chuck began by exploring the existing house, making measurements, studying details, and doing numerous sketches. His enthusiasm for the project was encouraging. We collaborated frequently as he developed detailed plans and had them professionally reviewed. The plans moved easily through the permitting process, and they impressed the contractor and his subs once work began: I heard many times that the architect’s drawings and notes were more clear and complete than those they are used to working with. Chuck stayed involved throughout the project, helping me make decisions and offering creative solutions to the small difficulties that arose."

"Before getting any work done to your foundation: 1. Get a structural engineer to go out to look at your property. This is advice someone gave me. 2. Make sure that engineer is Jeremy. This is advice Iâ m passing on to you because he is amazing! Before I was told about getting a structural engineer, several people came out to look at the foundation, giving me an average quote of $20,000 though they never went under the house. Jeremy did go under the house and came out with dozens of photos. He showed, as well as told me, what was actually going on with the foundation. Later he emailed me a link to the photos and attached a summary of his observations. Heâ s polite, professional, meticulous, conscientious and knowledgeable. Heâ s very patient. Answered all of my questions. On top of that, heâ s really affordable. I donâ t often recommend people, but I highly recommend Jeremy."

"I can't say enough about Larry and his crew. They are a great group of guys who bring a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic each and everyday. Their number one goal was to ensure my happiness as a customer and homeowner. They showed up everyday right around 8am and worked until 4:30 or so. I can count on one hand the number of times I wasn't able to reach Larry on the phone over a period of several weeks! So I'm not sure what that 1 negative review is all about. The project came out wonderful. The trees are mature and nicely shaped. The plant life and mulch is healthy and vibrant. And the retaining wall looks outstanding!! Being a veteran, I've got a little OCD when it comes to things being just right. Fortunately for me, Larry and his crew were easy to talk to and they were driven to meet my expectations of making things "perfect". That's something I greatly appreciated. As the project was reaching it's finality I had so many people comment on how good everything looked. In the end, I came away with a beautifully landscaped home at a very reasonable price, as well as a lot of new friends! Thanks guys!"
