"I scheduled an appointment through Home Adviser, and Lawrence contacted me within five minutes, and we discussed my needs. We agreed on a time and date that was convenient and a reasonable price for the work. He arrived as scheduled to my residence. Lawrence is very courteous and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and was not in a rush. Lawrence thoroughly inspected the area and offered a solution that fit my needs. He explained his findings and how he would complete a report within 24 hours. He sent my report early the next day. I would highly recommend Lawrence if you are looking for an experienced structural engineer who has excellent interpersonal skills and delivers on his promise."

"Liz & Alan are great to work with. From the beginning to end, they listened to what we wanted and gave us options in the design and layout of our new patio. Communication was key and Liz kept us apprised of times and dates for the scope of work. They started soon after a couple of weeks and started work removing our old deck which was a monster in itself. They got the new patio started from removing the old foundation that was also underneath the old deck, starting from the bare bones. Two weeks later, they completed the new patio, cleaned up the backyard and surrounding areas. Alan then gave us the rundown of the scope of work that entailed everything and gave us directions in caring for our new patio as well. We know and feel we spent our hard earned money with the right crew. They provided exceptional quality work and professionalism throughout and it was an awesome experience. We look forward to having them come back next year and do the rest of our landscaping/ hardscape in the front and back yards. Thank you again Liz, Alan & Limitless Landscape crew!"

"This is a veteran and minority owned company, as a veteran myself I sought out this company to support veterans. I am most pleased with the finished product. I will use the services of SKB again. Customer service was awesome and the product was completed in a timely manner."

"Ran into difficulties not caused by the contractor.  This left the project unfinished for sometime and then it was hard to get them back to finish the project.  However, the quality of the finished project was completed as was agreed and specified.

"Great communication, job well done"

"Ed and his staff were absolutely wonderful to work with. They planted a tree as a memorial for my niece and they were so willing to take on this project at a time I know had to be extremely busy for them. Ed helped us find the right tree, helped coordinate getting it planted on school grounds, and finding the time to get it in and planted on short notice. I highly recommend Arbor Hills!"

"Contractor was chronically late for all appointments by 2-3 hours. He stayed and worked well into the evening, even in the dark. I appreciate that he got it done eventually, but did not like having someone there till 9:30 at night. He did a good job on the concrete stairs - they look great. He left a mess in my basement when he repaired the front stoop. He also used a folding chair in my basement to stand on without asking - it is now a mess. For the wood railing on the back stoop, I specifically asked for a 4-5" space to be left under the bottom of the railing so I could sweep snow off in the winter. I also wanted the railing going down the stairs. At first, he did not want to do this (said something about code did not require it for the 3 steps going up) but it was part of the estimate that I approved. I asked him to fix the space under the railing and put on the railing for the stairs. He did come back and fix all to my satisfaction. Very nice guy, just not punctual or professional.
