"Steve Miller was great to work with... he was factual in his presentation, not mentioning his biggest competitor in this area..(only answered questions in comparison to his fabrics (160 +colors and schemes). Was more than happy with the installation, even though I did doubt the claim his product would stand up to the high winds in this area.. My fears were not warranted, after Elite adjusted the wind sensors and pitch of my awning I was amazed...my awning can withstand constant winds of at least 15 mph or so, and will not retract when there is a momentary gust of 20 or more..Although, a little costly, I would recommend SUNESTA and it's warranty..P.S. Steve & Dave are great guys to deal with..."

"They were all here on time and seemed to be good workers. The only issue I had was a lack of communication. I had an awning up that they had to remove and it did not turn out well. They did apologize and everything turned out well in the end. I was happy with the job."
