"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. I felt like he was only going to do one thing because, I wasn't wanting to pay him more. I knew what needed to be done but, not how it needed to be done. I specifically asked him if he knew how to put the screens in those screens, they were kits. His intention was to do one job. You cut screen, put the rubber in, put the frame together and then stretch it. It's not hard. I just wanted him to put two screens together and put them in two windows. I have no screens. He didn't have a measuring tape. He knows his craft, just finds a way to get out of it. He was early and on time. I thought the price was reasonable and he had it done in an hour. I had everything that he needed. He knows his stuff. I don't care how you do it, just do it."
