"The awning installation went smoothly and seems to be working okay. The privacy fence came apart in 24 hrs. in moderate winds. It was repaired, but was left with a cracked framework. Several calls later, a repairman came back and replaced the framework. The framework should not have been left as finished with cracks in it in the first place, but I'm happy to say it's fixed now."
