"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

"While they were not inexpensive, they were quite responsive and lived up to their commitments to being here when they said they would be. There were a few fine-tuning items that needed to be handled from the initial installation as we were waiting for ProVia to roll out a newer version of the door. Ultimately, it turned out very well and they were very proactive at informing us of a better product that was being rolled out. Bethany Scanlon, the head sales rep, in particular was great to work with and with providing us with updates and with coordinating final adjustments. They were very flexible with us and allowed us to wait up to a year to install the door."

"They were very responsive in return my request for service and showed up even earlier than scheduled. Matthew is very professional and did his work carefully. Since it was the first time I had have someone work on such project, I had little experience so it took some time for me to run errands buying stuff required. Matthew was very patient and instructed me with details. I am happy with his work.

"I bought an Angie's List coupon for 2 painters for a day. While there was a bit of confusion setting up the service time, the painters were great. It was Mike and another painter and they did sanding, trim painting, door painting and then another piece of trim on my wall. I felt as though they accomplished a lot - we have a lot of doors that were in pretty poor condition. Mike was meticulous and the paint job looks great. I even had him price another, bigger job for me that I hope to have done in the Spring.
