"FIVE STARS, an â Aâ for HOME2RENOVATE! My brother and I requested estimates from various licensed contractors to renovate the exterior of our 88 year old home. The existing exterior paint was peeling, the walls were uneven with cracks and the wood window frames were rotten. Basically the exterior was a big ugly mess. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22.
