"Following several disappointing attempts to engage a contractor, even one we had used previously, to refresh a second bathroom, we found ETC Home Improvement on Angie's List. While we saw a host of reviews that were nothing short of wonderful, we remained tentative. That was until we contacted ETC's owner, Eddy. We bought certain items for the project and Eddy provided others as part of the quoted price. There were no unpleasant surprises. It was such a great experience to work with Eddy & crew! We have several other home improvement projects coming up and, needless to say, Eddy will be doing them for us!"

He was really attentive to what I wanted, asked questions until he understood how I wanted things to look and then followed through. My house looks AMAZING!
